Steel Fabrication Spools

Assomac manufactures fabricated steel spools as per 46397, duly reinforced with independently precision machined side flanges and central core. All independent components are press fitted together, CO2 / MIG wire welded and finally machined before high speed dynamic and static balancing.

These operations result in absolute concentric spools with good balancing and very long product life with lower break down in spooling machines.
